اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

Allahumma laka sumtu wa 'ala rizqika aftartu

O Allah, for You I have fasted and upon Your provision I have broken my fast.
