أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullaha al-'Adheem alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilayh
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Sustainer, and I repent to Him.

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Rabbana dhalamna anfusana wa in lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakoonanna minal-khasireen
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
Quran 7:23
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa fa'fu 'anni
O Allah, You are Pardoning and You love to pardon, so pardon me.
At-Tirmidhi 5:534, Ibn Majah 2:1265
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ
Allahummaghfir li wa liwali dayya wa lil-mu'minina wal-mu'minat
O Allah, forgive me and my parents and the believing men and believing women.
